Bratzon Salvador is a widely experienced mining engineer who studied at the Peruvian Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria – School of Mining, Metallurgical and Geological Engineering and for the last 15 years has worked for both Canadian and Peruvian mining companies including Dynacor, Pan American Silver, the second largest primary silver producer in the world, Buenaventura, Peru’s largest mining company and Horizonte, one of Peru’s most widely respected gold producers.

Salvador has held a number of senior management positions and has worked extensively in both exploration and production. He has accumulated a great deal of experience in project evaluation and design and is experienced in all types of geological testing, mapping and exploration with a particular emphasis on drilling techniques and equipment.
